I am honored to be entrusted with your care and look forward to working with you. Please know that your personal information will be kept confidential and stored with the utmost regard. All your information is safely stored in the cloud and will not be shared without a release of records form. See the release of information form related to confidentiality here.

Note: As a mandatory reporter, I will keep sessions with minors and vulnerable adults confidential as well, outside of any information I receive related to suspected abuse, that will need to be reported within 36 hours, by law.

Although my knowledge base is greatly enhanced by my medical education and years of experience and will affect my ability to better serve you - my services at cocooning are based on the teachings of yoga and my yoga therapy training. As a CNM and RN I am also able to better translate information shared with me by your health care providers to adapt to our work in your sessions. That is only if you were to want me to communicate with them or review lab work, charts, or imaging etc, of course! Were you to wish to see me for medical services, I can refer you elsewhere, or possibly to see me in another practice setting.
